CBT focuses on challenging and changing unhelpful cognitive distortions and behaviours, improving emotional regulation, and the development of personal coping strategies that target solving current problems.

A safe and confidential space to talk about your personal issues and concerns. Helping you understand your thoughts, feelings and behaviours developing and greater understanding of yourself and others.

Hypnotherapy is a type of alternative medicine in which hypnosis is used to create a state of focused attention and increased suggestibility during which positive suggestions and guided imagery are used to help you deal with a variety of concerns and issues.

My own brand of mindfulness using personal thought inquiry to assess whether or not what we are thinking is truth. Staying in the present and taking a step back from ourselves to see our circumstance in a new light.

In couples therapy, we look at contributing factors causing relationship dysfunction and disharmony. Helping both parties understand and empathise with each other, leading to a deeper connection.

EMDR therapy helps process trauma by stimulating the brain with eye movements. Useful for those suffering with c-PTSD, PTSD, OCD and anxiety.  Reintegrate trauma and start living from a place of empowerment rather than fear.
