As a trauma-informed counsellor, I offer a compassionate, person-centred approach that supports the whole person, mind, body and emotions. Integrating counselling, CBT, EMDR, mindfulness, nervous system regulation approaches, emotional inquiry and coaching techniques, I support individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, overwhelm, relationship difficulties and personal growth. Together, we work to build greater self-awareness, emotional regulation and lasting change in a safe and supportive space.

A safe and confidential space to talk about your personal issues and concerns. Helping you understand your thoughts, feelings and behaviours developing and greater understanding of yourself and others through a trauma-informed and neuro-affirming lens.

In couples therapy, we look at contributing factors causing relationship dysfunction and disharmony. Helping both parties understand and empathise with each other, leading to a deeper connection.

EMDR therapy helps process trauma by stimulating the brain with eye movements. Useful for those suffering with c-PTSD, PTSD, OCD and anxiety.  Reintegrate trauma and start living from a place of empowerment rather than fear.
